I just picked up Eli Manning, Tiki Barber and the Giants "D" on my fantasy team. It's the kiss of death I tell you...... I added Philly's "D" last week and look what happened!!!!!

Any chance of you discontinuing the Fantasy team thing until the season ends 1F?

The Eagles Remind me of the Lakers from a few years ago. They got complaciant (SP) thinking they could win with the status quo, they let their disagreements air in the public and seemed to sleep walk through the season thinking they where just that much better than everyone else and would be able to "turn the switch" when the playoffs started.

Now unless the eagles realize their time is short and make the most of it then they could be in real trouble of not making the playoffs. Granted its only week 6 but in this league every game counts.

Also the injury to mcnabb won't even seem better to him.

What I don't get is why he goes to Az instead of staying around his team. I don't think its the right thing to do but JMO.

I do not think the Eagles as a group are complicent. They have won nothing... NOTHING.
Even the Talon would agree.

The thing that hurt them this week was the McNabb injury.
As he goes so go the Eagles.

Yeah I thought it was kinda funny that he told the reporters in pre game that he feels fine, and "let the Cowboys blitz me I'll show them how I feel."

I truly don't believe that stuff works but I think I will keep Akers, Philly "D" and the Giants "D" on my roster. We have 4 utility positions and as long as NFC East players are available I'm gonna pick em'....... Sorry PT but your team has been on top way toooo long. The free ride through the NFC east is over!! (hopefully)

and i twill always be special for the Eagles..this team plays for the Superbowl..not championships...difference between the Eagles and the Cowboys.

The Birds will need all the luck they can get to beat Dallas. Yeah you will be at home on MNF but by the time we play again our team should be even better then the one you face and the players will have come more together to.

You guys have probs on D. But the biggie is Donovan McNabb playing hurt. The man is a warrior all the way but fact is he isnt as dangerous injured.

This is just not gonna be your year. That dont mean I think the Eagles are finished you will still probaly make a run at the playoffs this year.

But next year with a healthy McNabb and you do have alota cap $$$$ to make moves you will be a force again. I aint countin you guys out at all.

I just hope the Boys make the right moves and draft good nuff to stay ahead of you or pull more ahead.

Looks like the Eagles Cowboys games are gonna be fired up heated rival games thta are good to watch for many years to come.

But a sports hernia is not about tough it is debilitating in nature and requires surgery and recovery. He will need 4-6 weeks to recover probably 8 to feel well..I ve had a sports hernia operation it takes a little time tough or not to recover!!

If you were being honest, by the nature of the beating itself..you would have to conclude Dallas is the better team at the moment. This was not really a lucky break, it was a complete arse whipping at every phase of the game.

I would not rule the Eagles out this year. If there's one good thing in their favor, it's Andy Reid....he can flat-out coach. He'll make the proper adjustments for the second game.

I think we can beat them again, but it'll be a tough, tough game.

Totally agree Bizwah. Andy Reid is one of the best coaches in the NFL. His coaching staff is one of the best to. I think the 2nd game will be a very close and tuff one to. It will be decided by 10 or fewer points.

Next year is when the Eagles will be more dangerous with a healthy McNabb. We have to have a good FA and draft. ANy mistakes could hurt us. The Eagles will be a contender for a long time I think.
