If Wentz develops into a great QB it will be another bitter pill for the Browns. They probably would have screwed Wentz up anyway. Sometimes I think it's not the QBs that are the problem, it's the organization.

I thought I read the owner's main goal is to tank for whatever reason. If that is the case, it makes sense scouts were fired for wanting Wentz. Knowing he could elevate them.

But you are right, no way Wentz or any other QB would flourish in that toxic environment. That is where players go to fail.

Yeah I mean I think Hue Jackson is gonna get things straight there but IMO, Wentz wasn't the QB for them. I think they made the right move.

They are destined to fail. They pass on Wentz, the team they trade with gets Wentz and now they are winning games with this QB and dropping their 1st round pick down the draft order. The Eagles will live a charmed existence this year if only as to play a role in the curse of the Cleveland Browns.

We should've done a lot of things. We very well could've traded up for Goff instead of getting Dak. Shepherd isa good player and everyone knew he would transition into the NFL. I'm hoping there's another guy like that in the draft that we can take later on in the draft.
