I guess Troy was saying he was exactly as accurate in HS as he was when he won his first SB. Since, you know, it 'can't be taught'.

Not sure about highschool but he was top 3 in the nation in completion percentage both years he started at UCLA at 64.4% and 65.2%.

Bengals actually aren't bad personnel wise. Higgins, Tate, AJ Green.....Giovanni and Mixon at running back. Their offense is rather ugly though.
