Early Games Thread

Why would anyone fear the NFC East? I am glad that they look good.

Rams flopped, 9ers flopped, Cardinals flopped, Saints flopped, Packers flopped.

You never know how this'll play out. Commanders or Cowboys or Eagles could be a top 3 NFC team.

50% is about you, and 50% is about your adversity

Man, the Packers really came out flat today.

Either that or the Vikings are better than I thought.

4th and 1 for the Giants. They gotta go for it right?

The Cowboys usually never win when they give up close to 200 yards rushing. Philly still managed to win despite giving up just over 180 yards rushing. We’re going to have our hands full with Philly this season. They look like a better team than last season.
Like I said man I watched every second of that game and if we're going to assume that rushing attack is what we have waiting for us when we play them? Let's assume the same for their rush defense. Philly faced a bad opponent today and won by 3.

I don't expect a beat down. These games will be close. But the same flaws the Eagles had last season were still there today and more. Hurts bailed them out with his legs and I don't see Hurts doing that to us unless Micah and Lawrence are hurt.

And when you actually look at it, the Eagles did better against the Lions last season, when they had the narrative that no one expected them be good, than they did in this season when everybody claims they were so much improved from last season, especially on the defensive side of the ball. When they went on their little winning streak, a lot of takes were how they were the best team in the division. I'll wait and see how they do against the better teams and QBs they are going to play first. As that's going to be the real test in whether or not they are better than last season.

They showed some headlines from the game.
Eagles won by 3, Browns won by 2

Headlines
Eagles soar over Lions
Browns squeak by Panthers

Apparently that 1 point margin of victory is so much better.

Hope the Titans will have time to get a FG

Not sure we can call the Lions bad just yet
