Let's go Jerry. Embrace your inner oil man. Become the maverick you used to be.

Hire Deion and light the league on fire!
What in the world makes you think Deion will light the league on fire? He was 14-13 in college, He’s never coached in the NFL, he’s got the most expensive mediocre QB in the league and the same inept 30 year loser owner. Not to mention two other teams in our Division have sky rocketed past us.

It’s a miracle if we even get a playoff game next year - with anybody as coach.

Would you prefer Kellen? Because that is where I think we’re at. Entertainment on one hand, Garrett 2.0 on the other.

I was being sarcastic.

I want Deion hired because it will be fun.

Why not? We’re already the laughing stock of the league, so just expand the circus tour. But I for one will not be as invested after 38 years of fandom.
The next few years are guaranteed to be really bad on the field, so some drama off the field would at least be entertaining.

Deion will be more exciting than some retread or other puppet needing a job like MM was. Deion is a coach that will be bigger than Jerry. It won't last long but it could change culture for a little while to something more interesting.
Maybe it will give Jerry the much needed lethal heart attack.

If Deion came in and got the team over the hump into an NFCC or even the Super Bowl and the media gave all the kudos to Deion, can you imagine? Jerry literally might die. He's past the age of dealing with something like that.

I can see it now .. Jim Nance about to present the SB trophy, Jerry reaches for it like Gollum, then Deion enters the frame and says "beat it old man" and that's the last we ever see of Jerry.

Say what you want about Deion but when you start disrespecting our talent you're crossing some lines.
