Deion is the only coach that Jerry would be willing to pay whatever he wants. Forget coaching, Jerry knows the value that Deion would have to this Cowboys business so he will be worth it. For any other candidate, they will have to be okay with a lower salary.

People questioned the Jimmy hire when Jerry hired him in 89 too…..who knows (he’s not Jimmy, nobody is, but he may surprise many).

I don't care about your X's and O's or your Jimmys and Joes, if you can overcome the manchild owner you can't win in Dallas. Prime will not be a compliant pushover.

For anybody thats against this, i leave you with this:

We need a coach with a backbone
We need a coach with way more than a backbone. Deion will do nothing for this organization. Many will jump on the bandwagon again if he gets the job. The only question is will there be 1 or 2 more clowns added to the circus. Serious question….based on merit at the coaching level, what has Deion done that qualifies him to be a successful, presumptive head coach in the nfl? If he’s hired, this is nothing more than Jerry getting more attention. Look at me…look at me.

His only condition is Jerry has to add Primetime to the team name, the Dallas Primetime Cowboys.
