Enough with the Lion Love

OP is just like Rambo2, Nav22, Gorico, AmericasCowboy, TheMarathonContinues and the rest of the easily fooled mob online. It's like they have never watched any of the games and refuse to acknowledge any of the Cowboys well known deficiencies year after year.

Then they come in with the Pom- Pom.Talk before any major game only to watch the same outcomes year after year.
 This ...... but you left out a few names ...... and they all start with a R

After games like yesterday, the reaction is always to overestimate the winning team and underestimate the losing team. Although, I think Dallas is that bad this year.

The Lions are a good team because they have speed on offense, a good offensive line, and a good defensive line. I think losing Hutchinson will probably hurt them a lot but I still they are are a decent team.

The Cowboys this year are the perfect storm of bad roster management, low talent, and poor coaching. Then you add on top of that the injuries and you have a 47-9 blowout.

The only thing shocking about this game is that some people were shocked by it.

It went exactly to script. Offense was neutered and defense was a seive.

Happy Birthday, Jerry

I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow. I hope the Cowboys win, and I believe they have a shot. I understand Detroit is a good team, and are coached by a guy everyone seems to like a lot.

But enough with all the love, the stroking by the media, and even some fans here. Detroit has beat The Rams, The Seahawks, and the Cardinals. They got beat up by the Bucs. They are a little above average, but not as good as the top teams in the NFL.
In no way is this team as good as everyone is making them out to be. Chill, GO COWBOYS!!!
I agree. As you've said, The Lions are just a little above average.

They should think about a soft rebuild

I would think you might want to consider that evaluation outdated
right now the Lions are the best team in the NFC

Sarcasm.....it was a ridiculous thread at the time and even more so today

They just got thru beating the Vikings.

I wonder if Detroit would be interested in Parsons now that they lost their best pass rusher? It will be a step down but I think he can help. We're not catching them anytime soon. Maybe a first and a second?

They managed to beat the 5-0 Vikings on the road without Hutch. They look like strong contenders in the NFC.

They're my team this year.
They are doing everything that Cowboys want to be.

Great run team, excellent passing attack and playing violent....exactly in the image of their Head Coach.

Our team is the exact embodiment of Mike McCarthy......soft and docile

For some reason, there seems to be a lot of former Michigan folks living in Texas. You gotta admit, they are some loyal fans. They have endured decades of disappointment.

They have never even been to a Super Bowl, meaning they have never won an NFL or NFC championship in the Super Bowl era.

Every fan should be able to experience that at least once in their lifetime.......except Washington fans, of course.

If the Cowboys can't make it, and that is the overwhelming probability, I hope the Lions can make their long-suffering fans ecstatic.

I am not being disloyal as a Cowboys fan, just respecting the fans of another team when they deserve it.
