Well your fans are not the only ones in that boat. Cowboys fans have to deal with Jerry almost always having to stick his nose in everything. We've just been lucky enough that he's given just enough room in the last 10 years there to be enough talent on this team to be competitive, and possibly even championship worthy if we had the right coaching staff and a few more key, role players who were playmakers.
But where you've had to endure maybe a few more (I dont know what your regular season records have been the last 10 years so I could be wrong here) losing, or average, regular seasons you've at least had the benefit of a playoff win or two.
