I truly hope this is not the reason we end up not drafting a running back until the later rounds. We need young talent at the position. If they want to bring back Elliott, that's fine, but do it as a complement or competition instead of as the headliner.

The top ten rated RB prospects in this upcoming draft are way better choices for the Cowboys to consider selecting than bringing back Elliott to the team.

Sure why not. Guess we can’t find an RB in rounds 5-7 who can avg 3.5 yards/carry.

Maybe Zeke is why they were comfortable letting Biadasz go.

I’d be open to it so long as it doesn’t preclude us from drafting a quality back like Benson or Wright.

Of course, we all know our front office idiots would bank on Zeke being the primary back and would ignore the position early in the draft. As such, I’m against bringing back Zeke.
