Part of Dez's problem is he has Terrance William playing on the other aide of him and a TE who isn't much of a down field threat at this stage of his career and a coaching staff that cant figure out how to use the other TE who is supposed to be a down field threat.

Meh... T. Will is a lot better than most of the #2's surrounding other superstar WR's. He's been very productive and has played big in big games

Any game plan that ends up getting Witten 10+ targets, and Beasely 10+ targets and Dez 5 targets is a stupid game plan.
There is no gameplan that disctates who the ball gets thrown to. The qb goes through their progressions.

If they were going to rotate safeties to keep them fresh, maybe they should have looked at upgrading Wilcox in the offseason?

I just don't understand rotating Jones out as much as they do. Even if Jones is overrated, he's still better than Wilcox and Church.

They should have gotten a veteran safety who had some tread left. Still light years ahead of Wilcox.

Probably no worse than other #2s. For example:

AJ Green has Brandon LaFells as his #2. But Green has Eifert at TE who can stretch the field from that spot, something Witten really can't do anymore.

Sanu is the #2 in Atlanta with Jones. Sanu is probably no better than Williams.

You don't need a perfect team.. Maybe with Garrett you do but most coaches know how to get their studs the ball.

Maybe on a team with a functioning coaching staff T. Will is good enough. We do not have a functioning coaching staff....

Our HC is PAID millions to address this 'obvious' problem

What has he done about it?

Exactly, any coach at any level could come up with a game plan and plays to get Dez Open and the ball. It wouldn't even be hard. Dez could catch as many as Brown, Green, Fitz, etc. there is NO freeking excuse for Him to have under 7-8 catches a game. ZERO!!! If we were winning with him having under that, fine. But if we arent, again, no excuses, other than a lame OC and HC.
