The Eagles current secondary against Deandre Hopkins and Demaryius Thomas. Philly better hope it is raining HARD. Plus the Texans can run the ball. Also, JJ Watt and Clowney going after St. Nick could get ugly. Let's be honest about Foles. The Philly defense carried them to the playoffs after Wentz went down. Foles was playing horrible at the end of the 2017 regular season. The defense carried Philly past the Falcons in their first playoff game with a 15 - 10 win. Foles had a great game against Minny who was never able to get their offense on track and challenge and then Foles had a great game against the Patriots. Most QBs would have beat the Vikings with the way they played. Foles really stepped up against the Patriots. Other than the Patriots' game the rest of the games were substantially supported by a dominant defense. Foles reverted back to who he is in the first 2 games this season. He looked awful which caused the Eagles to bring Wentz back a little sooner than i think they wanted. Anyway, Foles will not have the defense that he had last year supporting him this year.

Foles tore it up in the Vikings game and in the Super Bowl. His defense wasn't good in the SB. he played better in the playoffs than wentz would have IMO.

Maybe they lose this week against the Packers and all of a sudden, we are the favorite to get the 3rd seed since they will have to play @Vikes in the regular season finale and the Vikes are at risk of not making the playoffs, which might put a lot of significance to that game.

If the Cowboys win out, they will be the #3 seed favorite as soon as the Bears lose any one of their final 3 games. NFC record will be tied and common opponent record will be tied - and the Cowboys will have at least a 2 game edge in the Strength of Victory tiebreaker.

At that point it is all about having the Cowboys thirteen 2018 opponents doing better in their final 3 games than the Bears 13 opponents - or at least not worse by more than the 2 game edge they currently have.Teams either team beat twice would count double. For instance, if the Lions would win out, the Bears would gain 6 games...the Eagles or Giants win out, the Cowboys would gain 6 games. All other opponents would gain 1 game per victory.

If you click on the link, this is what I played around with
This is the best scenario for us.
NO - 1 Seed
LAR - 2 Seed
Dal - 3 Seed
Chi - 4 Seed
Sea - 5 Seed
Min - 6 Seed

Very possible scenario
NO wins out
LAR wins out
Dal wins out
Chicago loses to GB and Min
Sea - doesnt matter
Min wins 2 out of 3 ( 1 of the wins has to be chicago)
