If I were Zeke and the NFL tried to suspend me citing that incident I would do a Brady on them; if nothing else it delays the suspension until next season. And his lawyers might be able to expose the NFL investigation team even more than the Brady incident did. Further giving the NFLPA more ammo to use in the next CBA negotiations.
