yea but its not just the coach your losing, everything was different in dallas. The way the team was run, the way we looked for new guys all the time, how players were evaluated, just the way they did business and that way was much better than it was before parcells and i'll even go far enough to say that if parcells had FULL power we would have been a much better team than we were.

I do find it amusing, that Jerry gets no credit for the 3 championships. Jimmy is on record saying Jerry saved him from several mistakes.

His biggest failings post 1995 was being too loyal to his players and doing whatever he could to win another championship.

That led to cap hell, and a team enema under Parcells.

That's the history.

I think he is a better coach than the 65 year old Parcells who was burned out and emotionally drained. Parcells was not the same coach he used to be.

Personally I think we are seeing a smarter "bad" Jerry...one who realizes he can't make the football decisions on his own, but one that isn't going to turn over his team to a control freak egomaniac like Parcells.

I have a feeling we may just see a group effort similar to Jimmy and Jerry, along with a capable cast of coaches.
