And if I were EE and his team...I'm just getting started. I'm going after Goodell, I'm going after Friel, I'm going after Harvey, I'm going after Ken Houston, I'm going after each and every person that helped perpetrate this lie and was willfully ignorant in all of this. I would want them to regret the fact that they thought they could screw EE over.

It is possible that since Elliott cannot practice with the team starting tomorrow (September 2nd) while he's suspended, I am guessing ESPN thinks a ruling today on the temporary injunction will happen as a result.
Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones acknowledged on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas his belief Ezekiel Elliott would not be suspended from earlier this summer came as a result of the NFL's lead investigator not believing Elliott should be disciplined. But Jones withheld more comment on the current state of the case saying, "The best thing for me to do is not to comment," but when the time comes to comment, "believe you me I will."

We kind of "haphazardly" threw it out that she was going to be biased because of her love of the Giants and behold, she's such a worthless, pathetic hack she ACTUALLY did it, what a piece of garbage she is....
The NFLPA's request for a temporary restraining order to block the suspension of Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliotthas been granted by the Eastern District of Texas.
NFL arbitrator Harold Henderson had upheld the six-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy. The NFLPA's filing called for the court to vacate any suspension of Elliott, accusing the league's appeals process of being "fundamentally unfair" and citing new facts revealed during this week's hearing that wrapped up Thursday.
Elliott can now potentially be allowed to play while the case works its way through the courts.
