Wow, I just watched the video.
I would be so ashamed if she were my daughter, sister, etc.

She may have a diploma, but she still has a great deal to learn, ... about life, the treatment of others, common decency, compassion.

I am grateful that I do not have to deal with her in my life.

Never was the saying of "Beauty is only skin deep" more true.

She is nasty, feel sorry for her boyfriend/husband, .. whichever.

I've experienced predatory towing, and you would be upset too....parking lots not clearly marked, damaging the car while towing, etc.

Not condoning what she said - just factor in what the tow company did.

Pay your fine..get your car..if there was anything that provoked her report it to the owner or maybe whoever regulates that business.

It's not illegal to be a brat.

It also reflects poorly on your employer when stuff like this gets out.

She shouldn't be fired, in my opinion, but a suspension seems like the suitable course of action.

Just annoying to me there are those that feel this sort of entitlement. I'm not sure how it originates but who doesn't understand dealing with a towing company is going to be a pain? Do some people just not live in the real world? Haha, wow.
