That was an excellent game, I love it when tackles are flying in like that....I would love a repeat of that match in the final.

Portugal need to win this game though, sitting at 1-1 at the half, they will get it together though.
 
Portugal should win this but they need to start playing better
 
Quaresma and Ronaldo...that's why they should be playing together. Comfortable in the end.

yeah, who doesn't love the play being stopped every minute to call another foul or award another yellow card.
 
The game wasn't stopped every other minute, it was played continually until late on. As the game comes to an end, I love seing that fire in players.
 
I wasn't shocked at all, Germany are very over-rated. Croatia have outplyed and won games recently against far better teams than the Germans so they shouldn't be looked at as underdogs.

France 1 - 4 Holland lol....Holland are lethal. That was another fantastic performance on the counter, 7-1 over the two games against the world-cup finalists.
 
dutch have so many different weapons...gotta love a team where Van Persie and Robben come on as substitutes...though that'll probably change once they get through and the two of them start getting healthy...they were looking a little weak before Robben came on at half

holland are just playing unbelievable.

but it really helps them that they scored first and can then just play the counter-attack game. i want to see how they respond if the other team scores first. but i'm glad that Van Persie looks fit.

as for France, i hope domenech gets fired after this tournament. There are so many amazing French players, but domenech decides to play a bunch of old guys way past their prime. right now, no one in the midfield has any balls except for ribbery. govou was ok, but he's inconsistent and missed a couple of chances. and I still can't believe Henry missed that chance when he was 1v1 with VdS. but the thing that really irritated me was the anelka came on instead of benzema.
 
Incredible, unbelievable game between Turkey and Czech Rep. with turks able to overturn the match in the last 2 mins of regular time...Something like a Hail Mary pass :D
Finished 3 - 2 for Turkey and they go on
 
amazing comeback by Turkey helped big time of course by Cech

I am choked les bleus might go home but Domenech is too stubborn to change. As long as they take out Italy, I will be happy.

Ask yourself one question.

If you were Holland, and had to play either Italy or Romania in the final which would you choose?

Holland can knock out both Italy & France, without harming themselves at all by losing to Romania.

I'm not suggesting for a minute that they will deliberately throw the game, but I'm not sure that they will be 100% focussed on the game
