?And?
Any changes in New England?
Or is it all the same names forever?

I think an extension should be earned, and not given.
I'll ask you, how many coordinators could have succeeded given the offensive talent that Linehan had to work with? How truly difficult was his job? How many offenses around the league had the sheer talent that Dallas did?
It's a processI've gave up on our coaches ever being real difference makers.
With that said I thought they did a fine job this past season.
Im starting to think that Bill Belichick is the only coach in this league that has a clue what he is doing,
Hes been alot better than Ryan and the other old dude we had sleeping in the booth.
Defense has been crap for a long time. After ware we have had not one good consistent pass rusher. We've sprinkled hardy, gregory, dlaw in there with minimal results. Defense needs a better DL.
the only thing I'd like to say is we have a wider window then two years I see a window in the ten year area.As long as you have a franchise QB with some good or better pieces your a playaI am glad we are extending them... Keeping Linehan is good for Dak's development. Marinelli is a good coach that gets his guys to play team football... Continuity is a good thing when you've found some success.
These coaches have gelled and we have a 2 year window to win a championship before Dak and Zeke are in their contract years. Go after it all and keep the crew together until the window closes.
Yea, he is better than fat Ryan and Monty "I keep dozing off in the booth" Kiffen.
I just am not that impressed with his overall body of work here, I know he has not had the best talent in the league to work with but it just seems this defense isn't getting any better under him.
I'll ask again, what offensive coordinator had more overall talent to work with?
Does that "credit" include a 'get-out-of-jail-free' card for life? I know it's great to automatically assume that the guys who couldn't get out of their own way at QB in 2015 suddenly get all credit for Dak Prescott, but a good deal of credit goes to the player himself.
But I'm fine with giving Linehan credit for "wanting Prescott", but I also blame him for getting pass-happy and getting away from Elliott and the running game. It's possible to do both.

Based on comment heading into the season with Dak at QB no one was giving the Cowboys a chance in hell to win. As for pass happy? they fell behind in the game after a slow start they were forced into a situation where they had to air it out a lot more and in doing so put themselves back into the game when it was beginning to look like GB was going to blow us out. No way Dallas was going to stay in a heavy run offense at that stage. Play calling was poor? Give me a break
You're misremembering how truly bad the defense was before he got here then, because it was awful. We were better on defense than we had any right to expect to be going into the season, and still weren't good enough. We need more talented players on that side of the ball, period. We've neglected it for years now.
After his late-season playcalling, I wouldn't be giving Linehan an extension.
I love the dark mood of the stasheroo's of this board. it's entertaining.
Now I lay back and learned to love the bomb.
