I agree with the thought that Linehan, warts and all, has probably done enough to earn the extension. His play calling drives me nuts but his work w Dak was masterful.

I'm fully in the In Rod We Trust camp. He has taken a dafense w a few solid pieces and a bunch of JAGs and made it respectable. He's made chicken salad out of chicken ****. He's a great coach. If we had a consistent pass rush - which takes actual talent - we'd have a top 5 unit.

My hope is that Rod has a successor in place though
