He has time to learn to kick field goals. We need a FG kicker.

Zeke never did anything to deserve such harsh criticism. He wore the Star on his helmet with pride and gave it his all every game for the past 7 seasons. Yes, it was time to part ways with Zeke, especially because of his way overpaid contract, but he deserves respect, appreciation, thanks and a farewell from Cowboys fans.

Agree.

The #ZekeHaters have waited a long time for Zeke to leave.

Some of them even hate on ESmith.

That's all I ever asked for. Give him a civil farewell. I've had people tell me "he doesn't respect or appreciate YOU...so f him".

I'm like...really? That's the kind of human being your are, eh? Let alone "fan".

Zeke did everything they asked him to do... from the toll on his body blocking O lineman and LBers (not just a blitzing safety), to playing hurt, to playing freaking fracking center.

Ever see Barry Sanders go out and make TWO blocks for the #2 rb?

100% agree with this sentiment. It amazes me how some fans can be so mean to their own players. smdh

Well said! I couldn't have said it any better. Glad you feel this way. Much respect. Wish everyone did as well.

PS: Now you know why I stand up for Dak as much as I do since he also has fought tooth and nail all these years for this team whether when healthy, playing injured or coming back from such serious injuries at record pace.

Agree! He had some bonehead off the field stuff early but as a player who shows up every week and grinds and plays through injury and who rarely was out, he should get respect. It was time but no need to hate on the guy.

And I agree with you about that! Dak fights the best he can.

I was amazed at how well he came back from injury. You don't do that without heart and commitment.

This is a historical and natural lull in the process. You actually think there are 31 teams with ZERO interest.

LOL zeke hate.
No I believe there are 32 teams with zero interest in him. He is done, nobody has any interest in a RB that has so little left in the tank, not even for vet minimum. A undrafted walk on RB at least has the possibility of having an upside. Zeke doesn't even have that as his best days are way behind him. Just let the man walk away, that's much better then him trying to go somewhere else and embarrass himself.
