Falcons Game Will Tell Us Who We Are

First, a disclaimer: We already know who we are NOT. We're not a SuperBowl contender. This season will end, like they all have this century...with no trophy, or even a SB appearance. That much is etched in stone.

Bur this Falcins game will decide if we're one of the ham-and-egger teams that will eek through the season, providing some highs amidst the lows, possibly even contending for a Wild Card appearance (though any such play-off appearance would merely be a 1-and-done situation). This possible outcome was always the Floor in the past....but now, it's our ceiling

OR...have we broken downward through that floor barrier, and now are capable of a NEW low: being truly pathetic. Let's not kid ourselves....the Falcons aren't a great team. Not even quite good. If you don't show up, they can beat you...and that's how they've eeked out their wins this year.

If we get soundly beaten by the Falcons today, say goodbye to being a mediocre to slightly above average team (i.e. what we've grown accustomed to under Dak, and even before him). And say hello to truly being a weak team....not just a team CAPABLE of looking weak or unprepared, but truly a team that simply is bad... just another version of the Giants, Raiders, or Titans.

We shall see. And to think....we haven't even had to start adjusting our roster to account for Dak's enormous cap killing contract yet. We haven't even started letting players go we don't want to let go due to cap space....but that's coming

Let me let you in on a little secret.... I've known who this team is for years. You are playing catch up.

Everything is catching up to the cowboys, finally, every bad decision they have made in the past 3-4 years is coming due now.

Cowboys should be happy just to be 3-5. If it was any other teams then the Gaints that week they would have dog walked us. Jones carved up the cowboys all game but luckily they shot themselves in the foot nearly every drive at the end and settled for FGs

That’s whats so frustrating…..statistically dude absolutely has been a good to great QB…..at times….but he also has glaring “shook” games where he regresses, throws balls inaccurately, indecisive, bad reads, and bad plays. He’s very capable at times, but has some choke in him. Combined with the terrible coaching, O scheme, bad culture of lack of discipline and no alphas…..Daks bad traits are amplified like hell. Even if he were to play great more often, the rest of the team would **** up Along with the coaching.
