Who cares if they like it or are comfortable, we still have to pay for it.

These guys should live on a dirt floor with a hole in one corner to go in.

One meal a day and one cold shower a week.

That's it.

At least for the first 10 years, one for each year those girls endured.

That's letting them off too easy. Send them to prison, I say.

Those three guys are fortunate that I am not in charge of handing out their punishment.

It would begin today, .. I can't say when it would end, but they would not enjoy it.

I also can not believe that these 3 girls are the only ones in our society being held against their will.

Somehow we need to make it known that if you take someone else's child, .. you are no longer needed in our society, .. and you will not enjoy our response.

This needs to be a well known public fact.

Does it involve honey and fire ants?

That would be a little more mild than I had planned, .. but we could start there and work up to my stuff.

We have different definitions of get taken care of. If by get taken care of you mean they get to endure gang violence, sexual assault and extreme temperatures, then I guess we take care of them.

Sounds like you do have experience.

Anyway, you don't know if they are going to be in general population where that stuff happens, or they are going to be "protected" from that kind of stuff which is actually mandated by law that prisons have to protect them from harm.

Hell, I think Son of Sam even got turned around and found the lord, but there is no way that he is in general population.

We are not talking about some drug user going to prison for a few years and living his life in general population, these fool are notorious prisoners now and will be protected.

Stop watching TV.

It appears the son, the author of the article, did not know that his father was responsible.

It gets even weirder. Police were searching last year on a lead where Amanda might be buried, and TV news interviewed one of the suspect:

Around 2:30 Friday afternoon, crews completed their search at a small lot on West 30th Street and Wade Avenue in Cleveland, but were not able to locate any remains.

Cleveland resident Pedro Castro said, “That’s a waste of money.”

If you watch the video he's just sitting there watching them do it.

From his interview with Anderson cooper:

As Ramsey tells it, he was eating dinner when he heard screaming. He initially thought it was a domestic violence dispute. In the video that's gone viral, he told CNN affiliate WEWS that when he got on the porch, a girl begged for help. "I open the door. And we can't get in that way 'cause of how the door is, it's so much that a body can't fit through; only your hand."

Another man named Angel Cordero helped him break through the door to rescue Amanda Berry and a little girl.

Asked if he considers himself a hero, Ramsey says no. He tells AC360, "I'm a Christian. I'm an American." If there's a reward for finding the missing girls, the modest dishwasher wants the money to go to the victims.

Wow! I hope there is like an internet collection somewhere to chip in and get him some nice gifts if he's doing that.

People who act like prison is some cake walk amuse me. Killing them is the easy way out. If you want them to suffer, send them to prison. If it were in Texas they wouldn't have air conditioning nor a heater. So, what's that Mr. Prisoner? It's hot you say? Have some water. It's cold, here's a blanket. Sleep tight.

For every person you send to prison, there's a good chance that some other creep will get 'house arrest' because of prison overcrowding. Like the piece of garbage who got house arrest for child porn charges up in Syracuse about 2 months ago...cut his bracelet off and killed a woman and then raped the child.

I have no problem with the easy way out when it comes to sexual predators.

I will never understand how or why our society ever gives someone like that a 2nd chance.

Mandatory castration at the first sign of child porn, sexual predator, etc.

But I guess this should not surprise me because our society does not even protect the most vulnerable, the most innocent, the most helpless.

Wow. I just listened to the 911 call Amanda made. Yes, that 911 operator clearly needs to be fired or reprimanded big time! Should have stayed on the line with Berry until a car arrived but besides that, the operator hung up on her and you could clearly here " f bomb b-word" at the end. Just wow.

I thought the operator was pretty bad myself. To me, they came across as bothered/irritated.

Cleveland kidnapping: Suspect Ariel Castro’s daughter in prison for slashing her baby’s throat

Emily Castro was sentenced to 25 years in prison in 2008 for attempted murder of her 11-month-old daughter. Prosecutors argued Castro, then 19, was mentally ill and paranoid when she attacked the child.

By Philip Caulfield / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

The daughter of Ariel Castro, the main suspect in the kidnapping and decade-long imprisonment of three Cleveland women, is serving 25 years in jail for slashing her baby daughter's throat.

Emily Castro was convicted in Indiana in February 2008 of trying to kill her 11-month-old daughter Janyla, according to an Indiana newspaper and court reports.

Castro, then 19, slashed the little girl's neck four times and then sliced herself in the neck and wrists during a grisly attack at her Fort Wayne home in April 2007, a court document said.

Cops who visited the home on reports of an injured child found the young mother smeared with blood, mud and water, the document said.

They truly are, .. but imagine the household she grew up in.

Figueroa (his common law wife) accused Castro of several acts of domestic violence: two broken noses, broken ribs, a knocked-out tooh, a blood clot on the brain, and lacerations, court papers said. She also suffered two dislocated shoulders, once to each side, documents said.

Figueroa alleged Castro "threatened to kill" her and her daughter on three or four occasions in 2005, court papers said. She also accused Castro of frequently abducting her daughters and keeping them from their mother.

Hard to tell what he did to his kids.

This guy should be chained to a bed in prison.

Also of note, the guy's phone number was in the 911 call recording. Bet he's going to have to change his number.

I think I heard on CNN today that people were sending funds to him for his actions. I don't know where the money is sent to, but CNN said it was beginning to be a substantial amount of money for him.

He's a cool cat, that is for sure for wanting the reward money to go to the missing girls.
