Yes, Ro will need a few games to get up to game speed. And yes, when he does reach that level, he is an absolute enforcer on the field and gives this defense an edge, which will serve them well later in the season.

i dont think leary will get you a better mlb than what we have in the stable, or even a fat mcclain.

They have Hitchens at the mike right now and he's been solid when out there. The 4th round pick last year Wilson is also a mike. But when Ro wants to play he's exceptional.

Cowboys are coming off 4-12 season and the D is its weakest link on the path to post season. Can't keep throwing away more D resources because coaching staff doesn't know how to motivate players to be their best.

If player is outspoken, practices as hard as he plays and passionate about poor game planning and play calling then he is unmanageable. However if another player is a poor practice player and is always shirking OTAs, oft injured but a quiet producer then no problem.

Its not okay to be LATE to meetings but it's okay to MISS meetings and practices as long as you have a feeble excuse.

This style has earned him one year non guaranteed contracts with no future security. It goes both ways. Cowboys wouldn't get away with offering someone like Sean Lee the same one year extensions
