I've been saying this for 2 off seasons now. But he keeps showing up for games and playing just well enough for some people to stay happy. He needs to be replaced as soon as the opportunity is presented.

The rub of the NFL is everyone needs to be replaced as soon as the opportunity presents itself. It is the nature of the game. It is tough to replace someone like RoMac as he is a really, really good football player.

Edit: With that said, he seems to have a game or two every season where he takes over and makes a play that seals a game for us.
