Cowboys are coming off 4-12 season and the D is its weakest link on the path to post season. Can't keep throwing away more D resources because coaching staff doesn't know how to motivate players to be their best.

If player is outspoken, practices as hard as he plays and passionate about poor game planning and play calling then he is unmanageable. However if another player is a poor practice player and is always shirking OTAs, oft injured but a quiet producer then no problem.

Its not okay to be LATE to meetings but it's okay to MISS meetings and practices as long as you have a feeble excuse.

Not sure what that means, sounds like an insult. I guess you think McClain's act is ok, because these OTA's are voluntary. Dude would be out of the league if not for Dallas giving him a chance and babying him. Dallas will never win because of him, they might win in spite of him. Praying that Smith's nerve regenerates asap, because that is McClain's ticket out of town and likely out of the league. And within a couple years, he will be another sad story that we should feel sorry for.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Given her take on the matter, I don't really consider her opinion to be worthy of much.

When people are repeatedly doing the same things over and over, routinely get in trouble and are involved in shady things over and over, it becomes clear that they aren't isolated incidents.

How do you know it's not a family emergency beyond his control. They are not obligated to tell the public any reasons as to why they are missing. Nor should they be.
