Can you ask them not to? Or is that not an option?
Ya gotta be careful asking some people in ff joints to break the pattern, I never order a sammich as it comes because they've been sitting around, I always change something but I never ask them to actually pick up a sharp instrument and use it around others.

The key is cutting or lowering the carbs intake.

food we should stay away from : rice,pasta, bread,crackers, bagels,potatoes, cakes,cookies,soda ,breakfast cereals.,and any food high in refined sugars ( including honey),also all type of drinks( just have tea and coffee with out sugar).

some food replacement:

pasta= sliced grilled zucchini.
rice= steamed cauliflower. (I make sometimes my bread and pizza out of cauliflower)
sugar if must=stevia
cereals= oatmeal or quinoa

Exercise exercise exercise at least walking and stretching.
No food after 7 pm.

Erythritol makes a much better sugar substitute than stevia, if you haven’t tried it.

There’s also a great trick for denaturing the starch in jasmine rice by preparing it with a couple tablespoons of MCT or coconut oil when steaming and leaving it in refrigerator for 12 hours. It’s a godsend if you’re cutting carbs.

Erythritol? Is that like Maltitol and Sorbitol? The CarbSmart ice creams use those and sugar free chocolates do as well but one has to be careful with how much their digestive tract can handle as both can act as a laxative.

I don't like the aftertaste with stevia and still use Splenda as a sweetener although I know I shouldn't.

It’ll go through you fast if you have too much, yeah. But you get used to that, and as a coffee sweetener or whatever it’s great. I could never acquire the taste for stevia either. It’s nasty.

There a ladyn that operates a health food place close to me and she grows, harvests and brews stevia for a lot of people and I tried that but it tastes as nasty as it looked. It looked like a bottle of bile.

Is there a brand name for Erythritol?

It looks like “Swerve” is the biggest brand name. I just get it at Whole Foods as erythritol though. :)

I try not to use any added sugar at all natural or not.luckily I don't have issue with wight but I keep myself on a low carbs diet all the time.
Our life style nowadays is the reason people having issues, in the past people eat anything but they do a lot of physical work which help them tremendously.
Point is if you exercise and stay away from fast food and sugary stuff you will be fine.

Then I should see about ingesting some of it,as a steady intake of those equates,ensure's and the likes of those nutritional supplemental calorie shakes will bind me up like trying to pass the Cornerstone of a freaking Cathedralo_O

Hard to make that argument, when you consider how much longer our life span is now. lol

Life is about quality not quantity.Same goes for accomplishment .
Well said! on that note, many people live to eat, rather than eat to live, and those people might say "quality" is about enjoying your food. I agree, to a much lesser degree.

I wish we had Whatabuger. Went there as a kid in TX,and loved em. They didn’t drown it in stinking ketchup. I’m a mustard guy. Even dip my fries in it.
As popular as Whataburger is in Texas it's hard to believe they don't branch out across the country.

The sad part now food become a hobby and and entertainment not a necessity for living, so they end up indulging on too much food which they pay for it later on.
