Then Dallas you have a poor memory. Space outdid BSG at a fraction of its budget.

Okay, Burm. I can remember actors from the show, but not the show itself. You win. :)

Dallas, I was lucky enough to keep VHS tapes of Space. I every now and then watch them. More real and better acting then BSG (except for Olmos) ever had.

You are a lucky dog. I've been waiting to see if the series would ever come out on DVD, but I've never seen it advertised.

I do agree with you on the acting as a whole being superior on Space:, but I have to give Mary McCoughlin (sp?) props for her role as President of the Colonies on Battlestar Galactica. Her acting, during episodes where she jettisoned Cylons out of airlocks in particular, was pretty good in my book.

I wonder if TV Land will ever pick up Space:? Sci-Fi had it a while back, but didn't keep it for very long. That's a shame. It's great science fiction.

Ghost Hunters? Do you like the "Bump!". "What was that?" "It was the director bumping the wall-er it was a Civil War ghost!"

Don't dismiss Ghost Hunters so quickly.;)

Grant, Jason, Steve, et al exhibit remarkable objectivity in their work, and they've managed to capture some very convincing footage.

First and foremost, Jason and Grant always seek to debunk the alleged haunting by exhausting every conceivable natural explanation for the phenomena. And very seldom do they actually deem a place "haunted"--only when they have a slew of documented and recorded evidence (such as EVPs, FLIR, digital recording, etc.) that can't be attributed to conventional or naturalistic sources. This probably occurs in less than 20 percent of their cases.

They never use the word haunted if their only evidence is personal experiences, such as mysterious bumps from the cameraman.:p:

I cannot believe that no one has mentioned The Office. I think its destined to take its place amongst the classics.

That said, yeah lots of great ones, and I'll no doubt miss many.

Seinfeld, Cheers, Frasier, MASH, Andy Griffith, Addams Family, Munsters, Lost in Space, COACH, Big Valley, Wild Wild West, High Chapperal, Mannix, Cannon, Starsky & Hutch.

How about Mr Terrific, My World and Welcome to It.

Great list (very similar to mine). Just add Hawaii Five-0 :)

You're right about "The Office." It's a classic already.

Yup, I'll add Hawaii Five-O.

Also liked Magnum and I know there are a bunch more I'm forgetting.

I am a total sucker for time-travel shows. I was definitely into Journeyman before it got the ax. Bring it back!
