Kevin Smith was a shut down corner until he snapped his Achilles… after that injury he never got back to what he was like before it, though in fairness, 30 years ago it was a career ending injury most of the time.
says you i say they like Brown and lewis had soem solld games but there were games they looked like jags.. they also played with one of the best front 7 in football at the time along with soem top nocth safety help..

It would be interesting had the internet been around with these message board sites. I can see fan wanting Everson Walls head after allowing Clark to make the catch. May sports hero would be diminished around here.

so Jaylon smith was POB payer current deeper i watched the games they were like the duo i described and you are going from memory not game by game play by play scenario lie we are in right now with the current players.
Well let me restate it then. Pup was a top 10 CB before tearing his achilles and was the #1 CB on the best defense in the NFL

Kevin Smith was a very solid corner. I’m fact if he doesn’t tear his Achilles maybe they don’t go all in for Deion. Would have been great to see those two play corner that year but injury robbed that.
And unfortunately he was never the same after

I absolutely despised Craig Morton. For as great as Tom was, he had a real blind spot with him because Staubach clearly was outplaying him, yet we continued to alternate them at QB. His pick against the Colts in the SB nailed his coffin shut for me.

And then we decimated him in the SB against Denver. Our defense tore him up.

Your opinion was bad. Smith was nothing like Brown or Lewis.
I said they were the same its what an opinion is..sorru but i watched every game every minute from 81-presnt i watched them pay and they were much like that duo. Sorry you cant see it..thats on you,

You dont look for a whipping boy when you are winning chchampionships

Idk people were still crying during the superbowl yrs. It wasn't known because there was no internet then. But every week there was the media, Jerry this, Jerry that. It's got more to do with the Cowboys than Jerry. But he makes it a little easier.
