Video: Film Room: Vikings D-Line had a disruptive night in Dallas

Bridgewater is a joke. Always has been a joke. And always will be a joke.

RGIII light.

Yet, amazingly, he's already a better QB than RG3(rd string) and has shown the ability to lead an actual NFL team. Weird.

There is a joke here, however, it's the entire Commanders organization and their 20+ year quest for a QB. Another year at the bottom of the division for the Skins again this season. Things are looking up (at EVERY single team in the division)!

screw the damn viqueens..

Well, if you watched the video which was in the OP, it was a Vikings' version of Bryan Broaddus breaking down film from their perspective. I thought it would be good for discussion to hear what others are saying.

sorry, you're right.. i just can't stand that franchise :p

I wanted Bridgewater to be our first pick so bad, oh well we got Showers to groom at least...

It was an interesting video. Berny looked pretty pedestrian, Floyd does look like he continues to develop. I hope the Dallas line isnt believing all the hype, there are great but not unbeatable.

Agreed. Those that whined about not trading AP to the Cowboys because Minnesota was "going to suck anyway" are going to look laughably stupid when it's all said and done.

Well Minn is not in the league to service Cowboys need. They are putting together their own team. While Peterson is expensive he also provides help to a young QB whom the Vikes view as their franchise QB which makes it worth it to them as he continues to develop

Leary is going to be tough to beat out. He's almost as good as the others.

Seriously?

Go back and watch this last game. Leary has played like (fill in the blank)...rhymes with "it"

Late on switches w/ Frederick....Isn't getting off the ball.......

Considering he was a 16 game starter last year......You would think he would recognize an end/tackle twist stunt......yet this season he has repeatedly been lost

trying to get this blocked. IMO Collins has clearly out played Leary. And for whatever reason the Cowboys chose to move Collins to RG....(and didn't even start him)

which I thought they really were doing a dis-service to him when it came to him fighting for a starting job. I keep thinking maybe the front office made this move

because the plan is to keep the continuity along the O-line. And they don't want anything to mess this up....
.

not only that, but when the coaching staff believes Collins has surpassed Leary, it's gonna get ugly for opposing defenses.
I don't think it's a given that that will ever happen.

Leary is criminally underrated.

If you want to go by preseason, Collins looks lost half the time. Especially against players that will actually make their rosters.

Last year, Leary was outstanding as a run blocker, and pretty solid in pass protection.

Because insecure grown men disgust me. Just because his savior qb failed he wants to hate on other young qbs to fail. Very transparent

Fair enough.

Me? I think Bridgewater has shown some real promise this off season. While I don't think they'll overtake the Packers (barring another huge injury), I do think that they'll definitely be in the mix for one of the Wild Card spots. Cards/Vikes/Cowboys or Philly should battle it out for the final spots...

Agreed. And that has been my stance since day one. But there are posters that have had the stance that Minnesota should just trade AP to the Cowboys because they wouldn't be competitive anyway. I always thought it was some of the dumbest **** I've ever seen on a message board. "I really want AP so I'm just going to project how horrible they'll be and what they should do to help my team". Childish and dumb.

I know. I still can't believe we passed him up for freakin' Travis Frederick and Terrance Williams. Oh, wait.

Floyd has been nothing to scoff at. That doesn't mean we didn't come out just fine, just that the naysayers were wrong about Floyd. He had more sacks last year at 3T than Crawford. He'll be a player under Zimmer.
