Final nail in the coffin for Mo as a Cowboy?

He's gotta go. I know he was good earlier in the year but he can't stay healthy. I think they need cornerback help as much as they need defensive ends to rush the passer

The Dlinemen T Crawford. You know the guy that gets paid 9-10 million a year
Oh right, that Tyrone Crawford. The one that gets paid 10 million to post season totals of 26 tackles and 4.5 sacks (1 tackle/0 sacks in playoff games). Butch Cassidy probably in his grave smiling like a proud dad watching his only son that made it.

IMO, a pay for play contract with incentives is the way to go with Mo. The kid showed he can play at a high level when healthy. You can never have enough CB.

Brown had a bad playoff game but he's been more impactful than Mo has ever been.

As with most players, it will come down to cost. Although, he just hasn't proved he can stay healthy. I am sure he will get paid by some team who has cash to burn. I certainly wouldn't break the bank for him. Although if he worked hard during the year and if the Staff still believes in him, I would be fine with a low prove it year. Although, I would assume he is going to get a bigger deal than I would be willing to offer.

Depends on the price if we can get him on a cheap short deal I say keep him if not c ya.

Claiborne missed 9 more games with a groin this season.

He finally came back in the playoffs against the Packers and managed to exit the game with an entirely different injury -- a shoulder.

I've been somewhat on the fence on wanting Mo to come back, however, at this point I wonder if the Cowboy have reached the point where they have to completely write him off as too unreliable to keep on the roster.

Agree or disagree?

The problem with Mo is that even if you bring him back you don't really have him.

I honestly wouldn't mind our top 4 corners all returning. The glaring weakness is the pass rush. Getting better at CB without addressing the pass rush does nothing.

Agree, but if we're going to talk about disproportionate pay to production value, can we also include Scandrick? He's been living off his first few years for some time now.

That said, I have no issues letting Mo walk. I so wanted him to be a player but no dice.

That trade is awful knowing they woulda took Brockers and Wagner

I dunno -- I feel in many ways Mo, Carr, and O-Scan are all near the end.

Bringing back ALL 3 of them would be a mistake.

Definitely...Scandrick is on the list as well!

Bye China Doll.

Against a receiving group, that ended the game without their #'s 1 and 2 receivers...too many in the secondary were calling it in when it came to tackling or covering a tight end.

I like the thump in the safeties although.

Get rid of Mo and then what? Carr retires, Mo leaves, you're left with Brown and gimpy Scandrick?

You all know how Jerry loves to draft him some CB's. Get ready.
