I think we trade down out of the 1st and pick up Grubbs with our first pick, then CB later in that round, maybe using some of the picks we get from trading down and our extra late rounders and move up in the 2nd to get a quality CB. I think 3rd round we go WR or QB.

I'll definitely second that vote...unless he wrecks himself with some devastating injury this yr, he's a lock for top-3 and maybe even #1 overall for 2008

Why would it be so bad to trade up a little to draft Lynch. Is everyone saying Lynch is not much of an upgrade over JJ if at all? I'm leaving my opinion about that out of it BTW.

its not that I think he's a bad player, its just that I think he isnt "special" and doesnt represent a major upgrade over what we have...he will probably be a good player, but with better run blocking I think JuJo and MBIII are just as good

maybe the Cowboys front office feels otherwise...I saw where Norm Hitzgas is throwing Lynch's name around now as our target tomorrow so mayube he heard something
