Fire Jason Garrett still

The JG fanbois want to keep thumping their chest bragging about a winning season because we won a 9th game against the 3rd stringers, . All that tells me is their football IQ isn't very high.

Was it a “W” or an “L?” No chest thumping. We’re counting Ws here. It’s one of the other. Just accept it for what it is. It’ll be ok in the long run. Games are won and lost. We don’t go by popular consensus regarding what disappointed fans want to pretend happened instead.

Seriously, if that win wasn't that important, why are you talking about it? What did that win do for the team in 2017? Nothing. If anything, all it did was get us a worse draft pick.

Get back to me when they start handing out Nobel Prizes in denying reality.

"winning seasons" is such a low bar in elite football. Those things matter to the San Jose State's and University of South Carolina's of the world.

The Dallas Cowboys' success is measured by Lombardi trophies.

Yaaaaayyyyy, 9-7. Hang the banner from the rafters!

It’s not that important. It was 1 of 9 that season.

I’m only talking about it because you guys are irrationally trying to pretend it didn’t happen.

It happened but the reason people here are upset about it is that Jason should have played more second and third stringers to have a look at them and give them experience. If our second team beat their second team then no one here would be complaining. But Jason went all out to win that game and we still only managed 6 points with our starters. He went all out just to save help save face which evidently was fine with some of you.

People will always complain. it doesn’t actually matter. You win, or you lose. That’s it.

What moral victory are you counting? They legit won 9 games or am I missing something?

They won 9 games, yes. But a legit 9? Absolutely not. The Eagles didn't play their starters in that last game because they had everything locked up. It happens a lot in the NFL. Had they needed that win the game wouldn't have even been close. Just like the previous meeting. But they didn't need the game and as a result Dallas had 9 wins instead of 8.

:omg: wow I am surprised.... I wouldn't of guessed there were any Garrett supporters out there.

Well here is to you:

It’s crazy how low the expectations are for this team now. For us old long time fans it’s so sad to see

I am an old long time fan and I don’t feel like you claim us old long time fans feel

JG is a good person but he’s no HC. We will always underperform with him at the helm.
We will lose to inferior teams as we frequently have under him and we will get completely embarrassingly out coached if we do make it to the playoffs. The success we’ve had under him has been more a testament to the immense amount of talent we have had and despite him.
One thing in life I can guarantee is that as long as JG and some of the other clowns on this staff stick around is that we won’t sniff a championship, not even by accident (as in if every other playoff team loses it’s starting everything and has to rely on 3rd stringers).
We will continue to be a middling team fighting for a playoff spot only to bow out early.
Good is the enemy of great.

Garrett still needs to be fired. Despite the win vs Philadelphia. Color me unimpressed. Don’t get sucked back in folks. This franchise is going NOWHERE with Jason Garrett as it’s head coach.

Some of the worst moments in FRANCHISE HISTORY have happened under Jason Garrett’s creepy watchful eye. He has single handedly lost games no coach in Dallas Cowboys history have ever lost before.

We are forever 8-8 with Garrett. It’s time for a change. And a meaningless NFC East Championship won’t change that either

I repeat FIRE JASON GARRETT

Don't be such a cheerleader for the morgue...

I get it. But like I said on the above page there are numerous wins and losses you can remove or add of this how you are going to look at things. Did the Cowboys not rest their started in 2016?
