Go to "Tools" -> "Add-ons"... Click at the bottom right "Get Themes" and then click on "Sports" then click on "Dallas Cowboys"...

If the buttons are too big for you, you can do View -> Toolbars -> [Customize ...] and check the "Use Small Icons" box...

I tried. It lasted about 5 minutes. I was just beaten down with the darker drab color and I didn't like the icons. (well, the stadium for home was good)

I also didn't like the dark colors scheme and went back to the default Firefox theme.

If you have the Zone with the Blue background, it's very dark. That's how I had it at work. The Zone on the personal account has the blue grey background, and I think the theme looks much better. Just a heads up if all the dark blue is making your eyes cross.

Yes you can.

Right Click under your address bar, above your tabs, in a blank space.

This should open a menu with a few options.

Click on the customize link.

This will bring up a new window.

Click on the Bookmark Icon. Hold it and paste it on your tool bar.

Crossed wires here. What I meant was a Cowboy icon (star) next to CowboysZone in my bookmarks. Sort of like Craigslist's use of the peace symbol.
