Why would we want late 1st round picks for our best pass rusher?

For a SB contending team(late picks) I would want 2 first and a second.

Parsons should be traded while he holds good value. It's the best move Dallas can make. And move Dak and CeeDee after a couple of years. Build everything through the draft and accumulate as many picks as possible.

Khalil Mack was 2 years removed from DPOY when he netted the equivalent of 2: 1sts for the Raiders.

If you think you're getting 3, you're going to get stuck with an aging Parsons on an expensive deal.

Unload Parsons to a team with a reasonable offer outside of the division.

because we're about to lose more games, we need to be thinking rebuild around the people we just paid, which means we need draft picks and we don't need to pay Parsons as we won't be in contention for awhile.
