ANY Dak comparisons to Moon are un-Warren-ted.A scout and Hall voter are you? How about just fan?
I'll respond with a positive view on any further excuse you throw at me.
Dak does still not get it:The Dallas Cowboys have a "Blow It Up'' plan which calls for the remodeling of the roster in 2025 fueled by a potential $100 million in cap room.

The $100 Million Cap Room Question...
Thats a bold statement which needs some explanation. There are void years in Dak's contract to prohibit any hinderance to other signings or new acquisitions in free agency.
A valid comparison was made...ever walked a picket line? Of course not.ANY Dak comparisons to Moon are un-Warren-ted.
A voidable year is an ‘extra’ year on the length of the contract that the team and the player intend to void. In other words, it is a “dummy” year on the contract that the player will never play or get paid for, and it exists for the sole purpose of lowering the annual cap hit, especially in the first year of the contract.Thats a bold statement which needs some explanation.
How do void years help you to sign new FAs?
Void years have the only goal to be able to spread the signing bonus to 5 years in case your deal is shorter than that timespan. They have no other value.
A scout and Hall voter are you? How about just fan?
I'll respond with a positive view on any further excuse you throw at me.
He was good and a player who gave heart to team play. Hoooah.
Stop already. I was around to see Joe Gilliam start for the Steelers - were YOU?A valid comparison was made...ever walked a picket line? Of course not.
Ever been around when black QB's were being introduced into the NFL? Of course not.
It would take but a single season of next to the NFC Championship game, not victory, to have a higher percentage at that point.
What was years in league when he got his final value by you? Don't know that either do you?
What age did he even enter the NFL? Do explain now the relevance of developments in the black QB.
You don't compare on the actual facts of statistics and also insult as to a real and accurate picture. That is failure in intent as well as a discussive fact.Stop already. I was around to see Joe Gilliam start for the Steelers - were YOU?
Yeah, Warren played over two decades in TWO pro football leagues. Moon in his prime could probably throw the ball further and more accurately FROM HIS KNEES than today’s Dak Prescott. And was better on the run, too. So dry up those tears and save them for a player more deserving of your sympathy.
The current NFL rules produce inflated air stats when comparing current QBs to those of previous generations. And attempts at serious comparison will produce results that are skewed towards today and DUBIOUS at best. You don't compare on the actual facts of statistics and also insult as to a real and accurate picture. That is failure in intent as well as a discussive fact.
I implied positive points info fact and general football relevant factors.
Now place him alongside of Terry Bradshaw, Pittsburgh, or Roger Staubach or Troy Aikman for Dallas.
Joe Gilliam lasted four seasons...
Fact was Warren was Hall of Fame in both leagues.
Now why did it take 5 years to make it into the NFL?
- Edmonton Eskimos (1978–1983)
- Houston Oilers (1984–1993)
- Minnesota Vikings (1994–1996)
- Seattle Seahawks (1997–1998)
- Kansas City Chiefs (1999–2000)
He then played 15 seasons to accumulate his stat sheet in the NFL
Now do tell why Dak is nowhere in a comparative discussion.
Don't worry, I won't place strength in your biased arm strength comparisons as well.
Karl Douglas is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback for three seasons in the Canadian Football League with the BC Lions and Calgary Stampeders. He was selected by the Baltimore Colts in the third round of the 1971 NFL draft. He replaced the departing Johnny Unitas and Earl Morre

Now reconsider his relevance as a black quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. It is relevant and valid reason for a discussion!
Comparing Dak to Moon is an insult to the game of football! The current NFL rules produce inflated air stats when comparing current QBs to those of previous generations. And attempts at serious comparison will produce results that are skewed towards today and DUBIOUS at best.
I have seen both Dak and Moon play. I can state without hesitation that Moon was a better stronger passer of the football. And a more fluid athlete on the run. AND he was a more durable athlete than Dak BEFORE the rules committee put a dress on the position.
But don’t let that keep you from your stat studies.
Do you use valid stats and facts or not...no, hide truth with a personal insult instead which is what you do. Admit that your opinion is made up and nit picking garble. The current NFL rules produce inflated air stats when comparing current QBs to those of previous generations. The $100 Million Cap Room Question...
One of the subjects of our ‘debate’ was a first-ballot inductee into the HOF along with such prestigious classmates as Aikman, Madden, and Rayfield Wright ( of whom you probably witnessed nary a down and are puzzling as to ‘who was that guy?’)… The other subject - and your apparent raison d’etre here at the Zone - will have to play one heck of a lot more-and-better going forward to merit mention among the giants of the game to which I refer.Do you use valid stats and facts or not...no, hide truth with a personal insult instead which is what you do. Admit that your opinion is made up and nit picking garble.
Answer any contrary by yourself are no more than crying for no recent Lombardis. Not if there is good football going on. You use nothing provided you and nothing beyond 10 years is relevant upon status of team today.
Oh for you, Abra ka dabra...nope, your way still doesn't work. Try Wonder Cleaner next...
I'll take all of your garble and just find a porta-potty (chuckling.)One of the subjects of our ‘debate’ was a first-ballot inductee into the HOF along with such prestigious classmates as Aikman, Madden, and Rayfield Wright ( of whom you probably witnessed nary a down and are puzzling as to ‘who was that guy?’)… The other subject - and your apparent raison d’etre here at the Zone - will have to play one heck of a lot more-and-better going forward to merit mention among the giants of the game to which I refer.
Your lawyering gig for Prescott is simultaneously funny AND sad.
