they will drag it out. He gets suspended during the end of the season including playoffs
If they do so then you can bet the judge is going to rule against the NFL.
Maybe there is no rule in the CBA, but the judge forced them to answer the question, and if they answered the other way it would force tough questions on why this case is different than any other case where they held that rule.Because the NFL realized that they had missed the window for keeping him out of this week's game despite claiming there was no window. When faced with a judge asking, suddenly the gamesmanship falls to the side and the truth comes out.
That said, everyone needs to remember, the only person reporting this so far is Fisher. Not saying he's wrong, but it would be nice to hear confirmation from multiple sources.

Its going to suck if the Giants just murder our run game on Sunday night.
Good Grief Snauty, you know that's not gonna happen . That would take more commitment than they can afford. Dez and Beasley would eat them alive. If thatReally? Everyone is acting like we are unbeatable with Zeke as a tail back. I am simply saying the Dallas Cowboys fan base will never hear the end of it, specifically from Giants' fans that they shut down Elliot.
The NFL is as crooked as they come. lol
Looks like it got merged with this one?
well with that now out of the way, i think we get smoked on Sunday night
just way too much distraction this week
That's the way I feel. It's not even about football anymore. This is bigger than that. It's about one man's reputation being and a commissioner and his lackeys being out of control and trying to deceitfully ruin that man's reputation. It's incredibly unjust and as an American citizen I'm appalled that this has been allowed to happen.
YR
Hate to say it but was thinking the same thing. This reminds me of the scenario in,"The Longest Yard" where Mara, Goodell, and the head of NFL officiating walk in to the Giants looker room and tell the Giants to unleash hell on ole Zeke. It's going to be a war and ALL eyes will be on #21 Sunday night.well with that now out of the way, i think we get smoked on Sunday night

Agreed..but...baby steps at this point is good news.I hope Jerry was not referring to this as "great news".i want Zeke to play the whole season.
