Reading on twitter zeke playing this week but could start missing games as soon as week 2?
That's only because they don't know if the judge is going to grant the temporary restraining order.

Dallas is 13-2 when Ezekiel Elliott plays, and one of those losses was his first ever NFL game.

So not unbeatable but pretty damn tough.
He also didn't play the last 6 quarters of the reg. season if I recall.

Ah gotcha. Now it makes sense. You think judge will grant the order?
Since the nfl says he can play this week he may just table that decision until next week for a hearing. I'm no lawyer but that's what others I've read are thinking is a possibility.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall of the judge if after this hearing the NFL then suspended Elliott for this weekend after admitting he would be eligible.

FWIW, Fisher is now hedging his bets on Elliott playing this weekend. He's now sayin the NFL could still do what they want, pointing out the NFL told the Cowboys Gregory was eligible to play late last year then changed their minds at the last second.
