I don't know. Crayton had some pretty reliable hands and people turned on him and absolutely hated the guy after that 3rd down drop against the Giants.

Some didn't like him because of his mouth but he was absolutely hated after that 1 drop.

He also pulled up on a perfectly thrown pass from Romo that would have been the game winner. Dude had 3 steps on the defender and just stop running at about the 2 yard line. Romo threw a perfect pass to the back pylon for what should have been an easy TD.


In other words, Crayton had 2 huge blunders that costed the team a trip to the NFC title game. So its no surprise he was hated by the fans after that game.

You're right to an extent, but his production compared to his cost versus Miles' production compared to his cost will certainly be part of the equation. That being said, people shouldn't write off Austin so quickly.

As for Cole BeasTly, for an undrafted free agent playing in his rookie year, and being undersized, I think he has a lot of upside. He screams Dallas Cowboys. People want to hold a grudge against him because he left the team? They have no idea what he was dealing with, and at the time he was certainly a long shot to make the team. He came back and he produced, and he was also able to produce in some roles when he was given an opportunity. He's going to turn into a good football player if he gets a decent chance. Exactly the type of player that we want here.

7 catches is producing? Romo threw 3 picks will going to the shrimp not sure I would call that producing. You can like the guy and other don't have to like the guy. He said when he quit that his heart wasn't in it how does that scream Dallas Cowboys? I will be highly surprised if he beats out Coale

Mayock was mixed up when he said it, somebody else has 11 inch hands. It listed his hands on the screen at 8 3/4.

Wow, small hands are no bueno. I heard he has size 9 shoes, I bet he can't make the proper cuts. I hope his hat size is larger than 7 1/4, otherwise I don't think he has the mental capacity to learn the playbook.

Hahaha what??? Small Hands small feet equals lack of mental capacity?? I hope you are not serious. This is the same WR that led the nation in yards and catches and ran a very complex system and Baylor. I think some of you just want to be miserable and want to hate on the draft. Why root for this team? Seems some would be better off rooting for the patriots or broncos or 9ers or maybe even the colts. It's obvious some just hate everything about this team. The kid has had 2 days of practice let me repeat that 2 DAYS that's it. SMH
