seems like a lot for a number 3 WR

It's not even about that he's a #3 receiver, it's that we don't utilize the guy nearly enough.

I'm happy to have him back, and it's ultimately a reasonable deal, but if you're bringing him back then they better have a plan to use the guy.

It's a good deal if they will use him. Quit throwing downfield on 3rd and 3. Let Beasley beat LBs across the middle for first downs in those situations and two years from now, this deal will be a steal.

That's more than I expected Beasley would get, I can't even imagine how high the price will jump up for Demarco next week. I think it's gonna be a lot more than this 6 million per I've been seeing floating around.

Compared to what Welker and Ammendola received in their contract years - this seems like a steal. No, I am not comparing them because they are all short white guys.... They just tend to get open.

Welker and Amendola were featured as #1 guys on their teams, Beasley is locked in as a 3 and you better have Dez and Tony on the field with him.

Not bad for a guy who was unsure he could/wanted to play at this level.

He needs to be called on for more short yardage plays. We went deep too many times on critical third and short. He kills those quick routes.

Let's hope we use him more like Welker,he is another player who needs more touches and not just on 3rd downs.

A little high from what I think. But Cowboys have a good handle on the CAP.

Have to see what the actual details look like. He's young and will probably only get better with more time in the Offense. Could be that the Cowboys are targeting 2 years, based on Romo or could be that they are setting this up to be able to restructure down the line. On the surface, it's a little high but might be better to pay him more up front.

If he gets 50 catches next season then its a steal,I think they will use him more.

Ammendola a #1 ? He has like 800 yards and 3 TD's since being in New England :).
