Delhomme > Romo?

He has won 5 playoff games.

You want him next year?

:laugh2: Our 67 million dollar man is worthless because all he cares about is being a celebrity. He does not care about his team or winning [/sarcasm]

Hey. I've always said my suit was flame retardant. It does a great job of keeping flaming retards away. It's all good in the neighborhood.

Sarcastic or not you and I both know Romo really needs to man up and step his game up. Forget the Oline right now. We're just simply talking about being a leader. He needs to step into that role. He has 67 million reasons to do so with great enthusiasm.

Lane, you have to expect when you "stir the pot" like this, it's possible you might get a reaction or two.

I don't think Bleu has any hurt feelings from the responses in this thread.

Give me Flacco over Romo..

What does it take to win in the playoffs? NO TURNOVERS
What does Tony Romo do? TURN IT OVER
What doesn't Joe Flacco do? TURN IT OVER

He doesn't force anything, like Romo does
He doesn't just throw balls in the air and hope someone comes down with it, like Romo does

The best kind of QB to have is a QB with Flacco's style. Classic drop back passer.
The worst kind of QB to have is a QB with Romo's style. Run around and go crazy and nobody knows whats going on.

I'll take the guy who sticks to the script over an improvisor almost every time.

You will not get an argument from me on that one.

However, I think that many people are going too far saying that he sucks, and needs to be benched, or whatever it may be.

I have faith that he is our guy, and will be a great QB for us for many years down the road. No doubt he needs to make some changes in his game and improve this offseason. I dont think money or the "67 million" reasons have anything to do with it. It has to do with the fact that he's our starting QB and he needs to perform well in order for us to win ball games.

Last year Romo running around almost always turned out great. I think a lot of fans thought that would always be the case.

if he gets healthy, gets in sync with Roy,Bennett, and protects the ball better he will be fine.

With hard work, film study, and a max of three passes per game...yes, Tony still has a shot to top Flacco.

A team can never be consistent post-season winners with his style of play. I like the guy and obviously root for him, and I do believe we can win a SB with him... But I can't ever see a consistent super bowl push with him...

Do you think Romo would've been able to make that TD pass to Mason?

Did you even watch the game today? Flacco threw into double coverage twice today, only to get bailed out by the ineptitude of the Titans db's.

You make some very good points. I think we'll have that magical season where everything falls into place with Romo and we get a Lombardi but you're right about his style. It doesn't lend much credence to consistency.

Romo can contain himself, provided the game-plan is good... This was quite evident against the Browns, when the offense was actually settled...

He gets in trouble, when the game-plan sucks and he pushes. He also helps as win games when he pushes. We live or die by Romo...
