So everyone should accept the countless Dak propping threads and have no permission to offer opinions, do I have this right? Only positive comments are allowed?

This is exactly how Germany was during WW2. You better worship you-know-who. If you don't, or are brave enough to criticize or speak out against him, you find yourself lined up against a wall.

When the QB rankings come out and most put Dak in the top 10 and often in the top 7, do you feel dumb?

I bet after the first 6 games last year, those same guys had Dak ranked at the very top.

Before last year, most had Burrows and Stafford outside the top 10.

Those that understand football know how good Stafford has always been and how good Burrows was. Some of us dont need SB wins to see QB talent.

Speaking out against Dak means you don't understand football. Interesting....

Speaking out against Dak makes you a Romoholic. Also interesting...
Tell us where you rank Dak among NFL starting QBs. Go ahead.

(Just so we can laugh at you when NFL players, coaches and execs rank him in their top 10)

That comment right there just shows how much you dont understand football or QB play.

You dont understand the different between team success and QB abilities.

If the Stafford winning a SB didnt teach you anything about QB play, you are hopless.

There are probably 10 to 12 other quarterbacks in the NFL that would've won a superbowl with McVay coaching and calling plays, those offensive and defensive weapons at your disposal.

Dak isn't top 10 in my rankings.

Where these 3 rank the Cowboys offense doesn't change that for me.

Dak has to change that, not these guys.

Thats crazy you say that. From the opinion based sports talk people to the OFFICIAL stat keeping by the NFL records department.... They all have Dak between 7 and 10.

I can understand how sports talk people can't be taken seriously unless they played the game and/or position in the NFL, the former players have more credibility, but... how can official NFL staff who's job it is to add up all of the stats at the end of the season of every player and unit, not be taken seriously???

If Dak's numbers add up and have him listed at 10 based off of his production/work he's actually done, then how can that be ignored??? They rank every NFL player based on production. If we're going to ignore Dak's official ranking by the league, which isn't based off of opinion, its mathematically decided by production, then we have to ignore every other NFL players production and ranking based off what they've done as well that the NFL statisticians add up too, correct??

If you have sports people, former and current players, coaches, and GMs saying Dak is top 10... i know thats their opinion but they (not the sports writers) know the game better than we do, so that has to be respected. But we can't ignore official record keeping by the NFL themselves that has him in the top 10. That's not the league official opinions, thats their mathematical results.

The players, coaches, and execs lists for QBs has not came out yet for this year as far as I know.

The defensive players rankings have, but not the offensive.

And what is the NFL mathematical results thing that ranks QBs that you speak of? I'd like to see this.

Who cares! These ranking threads have become tiring. Just another opportunity for the Dak haters to toss flames.
They’re babies that crave attention. Let them act out here. Consider it a favor to society and their family/friends.

Basically the same tier as Wilson, Stafford, Jackson, and Burrow.

this is not too bad. I wouldn't put Jackson at B+. I would move Dak and Jacskson to the B level and that would be abour right. Dak is not in the same level as Stafford, Wilson or Burrows

but I am sure 38 pages later, there will be a cowboys divide, with some putting him at elite, some don't think he belongs in the league (I could never figure out either group). and sprinkle of everything else in the middle.

In the top 10 again, I see.

The vast majority of these people that are paid to watch and report about the NFL have him in the top 10 and that's good enough to get to the Big Dance with the right coaching and team.

One of the blasts against Prescott is when he's missing a key ingredient at WR. This year, we may get to see that with Mahomes and Rodgers.

Great point, CouchCoach.
After being together a number of seasons, some outstanding QB-WR combos have separated.
NFL fans will get to see how the superstars at both positions fare without their familiar teammates throwing to, or catching from them in 2022.

Matt Stafford had one of the best playoff runs we’ve ever seen from a QB. Combine that with Tampa, SF, and Cincy all being close games where he outplayed his opponent and I’d agree that QB play has had a tremendous amount to do with who wins the Super Bowl every year since… 2008?
