If Romo is 100% healthy, then Romo is the better QB. I'd still take Luck though because he's younger, talented, and not coming off a major back injury. There's only 1 QB I'd take over Luck right now and that's Aaron Rodgers.

Not even Russell Wilson. I think hes gunna be the best out of this new crop when its all said and done. I like the kid a lot.

The interesting thing is that if you were doing a list based on the QB's fantasy value you would see some changes...

Brady - down
Luck - down
Big Ben - down
Flacco - down

Stafford - up
Newton - up
Dalton - up
Tannehill - up
