MEcah chimes in from the training room.
His brain goes lights out when it's time to shine. Trade him.

Think of it like this...So...you want to make the players weaker by having them practice in a safe environment?
Its about being reasonable...like everything.Think of it like this...
If I were tasked with hiring engineers, and my company's culture was such that the engineers also needed to be charismatic/good with people, that would put me at a significant disadvantage in recruiting because it narrows the talent pool.
If I want to engineer a good product, I have to let the engineers worry about engineering.
Same goes with football. Only the talent pool is already limited and everyone has the same salary cap.

exactly. and i wonder how having someone knock on a glass during the week prevents you from getting a sack? or maintaining your gap assignments? or maybe following your blocks and getting a TD? or in general from under achieving? cause we do that on a consistent basis.Trashing the former employer who chose not to resign them. Imagine that.
I understand where you're coming from, but at what point do the little things add up to a culture problem? What I find UNREASONABLE...is attacking every little thing not traditional or not football focused as being detrimental to the team. That is simply not accurate. Beings are versatile and can handle distractions here and there.
Actually most of them had very respectful comments I am thinking about Schultz in particular he wasn't trashing them but if that makes you feel better about the clown show in Dallas go right aheadTrashing the former employer who chose not to resign them. Imagine that.

For me, this 'story' is a microcosm of a major issue with the Dallas Cowboys.
It's Jerry's team to run and he can run it like he wants. But this team feels way more interested in being entertaining than winning.
