Great HC is 20 million p/y give or take, BS is most likely a 4 year 20 million total with the new Jerry incentives type contract. So Steve and Jerry will have about an extra 14 to 16 million a year in their pockets. You didn’t really think Jerry was paying top dollar for a coach when he’s the HC in all but name.

Just another example of how a head coach's intangible leadership can be negatively affected by a tangible action. Any player should ask their head coach to make that decision.

Now, Overshown knows who is the real decision-maker about something as essentially football-oriented as simple and basic as a jersey. That is pathetic.
