Broussard is taking his "elite" stance primarily based on physical characteristics, arm talent, and potential.

For Dak to be elite, he has to travel the Brady route (Tom did have some are talent, though) in terms of being a team leader and getting it done in the playoffs. It's there for Dak's taking, but he's got to be the one to get it done. That sounds completely unfair since it's a team game, but you're coming off back-to-back 12 win seasons and enter this year with a formidable roster. Bearing this burden may suck more than just a little but It comes as part of the package of being an NFL QB - especially in Dallas!

In all likelihood, at this stage of his career, what you see is what you get.

Now, the mistake would be playing him as if he is elite. We've made that mistake in the past and it always cost us dearly. I'm thinking MM is going to do it differently. To be seen.

We already were in the top 5 of rushing attempts and yards......the problem has been a failure to maintain offensive consistency during the playoffs

IMO, we need more short to intermediate stuff to TEs and RBs and slot WRs.

Yeah, that’s not true. We’ve had posters here at different times refer to him as elite…..especially when his contract negotiations were taking place…..but no so much after the 2 losses to the Niners, lol
