You can put me on ignore, I promise you I will sleep so good tonight. It's like these guys are just waiting for the kid to stumble. I'll bet there's a huge segment of "iffy Cowboys fans" waiting for that one game where they can say, bring back Romo.

These are good times right now because we may finally have a QB that has the balls to actually win in the playoffs and some guys are ticked off because their guy hasn't done it. And I see this all over the board lately. We've gone 20 years without winning any type of meaningful games and here comes a guy who has the tools to possibly get it done, and you have the hyenas' sitting around eating the flesh off of a good QB.

Tony Romo had 10 years to get it done. 10 years... How many more years does he need? Does he need one more, or 5 more? Man, I'm getting old here, I want a Super Bowl.

My goodness man, if you are serious about your stance on this you are either way too emotionally involved in defending Dak for things he really doesn't even need defended over or you have much more serious problems which you should seek some sort of relief.

Whatever man, you know I never come on here yapping it up. It just hit me the wrong way so I defended my stance and it got out of control. I don't care who's the QB, if we're winning Super Bowls.

What? You ruining this thread last night was wrong (you're even apologizing to Fuzzy in this very thread, now), and you didn't blast me lol

You're clearly here to play games. Right now it's "poke the bear"

A poster with 40k posts is complaining that I post too much, that's pretty rich.

I had plenty to add to Fuzzy's thread. What I added for you, well I can give a **** all.
Run off and play around with people all day like you love doing. When you have something of value to add to the conversation, I'm here to listen. Otherwise, buzz off.

I'll go nowhere, as this thread is interesting to me, many of my favorite posters are in here and the thread creator is one-of-a-kind, an asset to this site.

So, now that we cleared that up, had you not hijacked this thread last night by calling Fuzzy names and getting him to even say he was done -- the thread's author -- I would have more to add. But for now I'm busy with your dense brain.

And in comes Romo's most beloved fan. Hi Romo. Anyways, I was impressed with how he took the ball right down the field on the first drive, scored TD. End of second quarter, he took the ball right down the field with 3 clutch passes, scored. I liked the way, after the interception, he took the ball right down the field, scored. I liked the way he then took the ball right down the field, put the game away. I guess you hated that stuff. Poor you.

The 33 second scoring drive was partly due to great play calling on the part of the coaches, and Green Bay's decision to stop the clock with time outs which helped us tremendously. Having said that, Dak really played that series well. I think his cool, calm demeanor especially in the two minute offense is one of his strengths. He seems to not be overly in a hurry and het he moves it along at a much faster pace than Romo. Maybe it is because he is snapping the ball earlier in the count than Romo does.

Romo was great in the two minute offense as well.

I think Martin takes over one of the calls Romo does to save time and distraction.

My question to you -- why did you feel the need to get in it when it was clearly over? You're little comment to me to "cool off" (or whatever the hell it was) after it had ended 7 or so hours prior?

Two things. First, this idea that Clove derailed a thread because he was disagreeing with the Op is what I was refering to. You should ask the same question to folks that jumped in accusing someone that's been here for 11 years and is an asset to the forum of being a troll or derailing a thread. He disagreed with the Op and stated his case.

Second, on the football side, I agreed with both the Op and Clove, as I was thinking the same thing(s) they were during the game. That's why I went on for 3 paragraphs after the initial comment which was made in jest. You want to focus on one sentence of my post and not see the overall point I was trying to make, then that's fine.

Fair enough, Dodger. I like your posts, and I was still heated from last night. He derailed the thread by getting personal with Fuzzy and causing Fuzzy to leave the thread.

But in any event, my beef isn't with you, bud, and I'm willing to let this die between the two of us. If you want to stick up for your guy, that's fine, too man. But know, I'm gonna stick up for mine.

Personally, I do, in fact, enjoy you a great deal as a poster. You bring a balance to this site that isn't full blown homer. You're smart and have good takes. I never wanted to get into a tissy with you, but I have to defend myself because I'm a hot-head with a big mouth.

I hope we can move on, brudda. Check out my PFF secondary graded thread (shameless plug :))

Also, I never called Clove a troll. Just for the record.

@Dodger12
It is fine to express your opinion.
Clove was droning over and over and over about how someone should write a critique.
About how you should put the positive stuff first ...
It is inane.
After numerous such messages, pretty much everyone else was sick and tired of it.
Instead of talking football, it was about 'feelings'...
I finally ignored him and a bunch of us were asking Trouty to ignore him so the stupid discussion will stop taking over the thread.

He did more than state his case but whatevs.

Now the thread has been derailed to this nonsense.

I thought the take about Jackson and Eberflus's contributions was interesting. I thought the receivers were outstanding and an interesting topic. I thought the matchup between Daniels and our interior OL was interesting.

What holds no interest to me is people going cavalier for their favorite QB that will accept no criticism and label any detraction as an attack.

I still check in on the thread. I have no interest in the discussion that is taking place.

Sorry but I put enough work on this game already. Not going to do more. I'm hardly the only person to come with this take too.

You have fun being the hypervigilant fanboi though.

Get lost Trouty!

I was curious to know what passes you thought were erractic, because there maybe something i'm missing.

I need specifics. I can give you specific Romo blunders throughout his career. Even playoff games that he won.

at 3:45.. You say Dak held on to the ball to long? Well Dak was trapped in the pocket, this veteran bozo had all day to thow look at the decision he made.

4:43.. Veteran QB has seen his FG kicker miss a kick, you think he would learn. Not Bozo

4:56.. 9 season in and Bozo still hasn't learned.

Fuzzy, I apologize for my part in derailing this thread (and I know I did). I hope this doesn't discourage future Fuzzy Thought's in the future.

Seriously, brudda, my most heartfelt apologies.

@Gameover if you choose to not believe that I looked at each play closely in making my evaluation then I am not going to lose sleep over it. I'm not going to jump through hoops for you. Sorry.
