they probably could have called Ryan Clady for at least 3 or 4 holding calls

David

I could see Ware's jersey being pulled from the 26th row, I dont see how the refs could miss. Plus I didnt have my glasses with me.

Answer the question people. why do one of the very best defensive players and passrushers in the NFL almost never get any holding calls called for him? and im talking about D.Ware.WHY!

You tell us we don't know football and then ask us football questions?

Confusing.

We will get the same Homecooking in Texas stadium during the preseason.

There is no Conspiracy.

Bullcrap. where was our homecooking in Texas stadium in that playoff game against the Giants? they got all the freaking call!

That was not caused by a conspiracy against the Cowboys.

Just Ware's unnatural speed ...... it has been pointed out to the refs and they will watch for it next time.

I like that he said it too...but I don't think Hochuli necessarily through all those flags. Just becuase he is the one that does all of the talking doesn't mean he is the one calling the penalties, it could just as easily have been a line judge or something.

Colombo's call was also garbage. Its preseason for the refs too, but my goodness they were bad last night.

That is irrelevant.

The crews assigned to each referee are like a team as well. If his crew called those types of plays on us, speaking poorly about it simply is not very intelligent.

Once more, Crayton opens his mouth and nothing good comes of it.

Yep. He was already committed to the tackle before the whistle blew. Very bad call.

I do think the Colombo penalty was a good call. Really couldn't tell if the whistle had blown and have seen a lot worse not get called, but from what I saw, it appeared to be after the play.

Yeagermeister is right.

The Columbo penalty should never have happened. It was the official's fault. If they had kept Denver from piling on after TO's first catch (they were slow with the whistle) Columbo wouldn't have felt the need to protect our guy the second time.

He did a good job IMO. He did the official's job.

As much as i like Crayton's confidence, i don't think he needs to call out refs, especially by name, and draw more attention on himself from the refs.

He needs to learn when to shut it.

Having said that, i agree with him, some of those calls were questionable at best.
I thought Wade should have been giving the refs a tongue lashing for the offsides call and the late hit by James, but I never saw anything done.

I remember seeing Wade pissed off on the sideline about one bad call, don't rememeber which one.

Also, just because it wasn't shown on tv, it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Did it ever help when Parcells was chewing the ref out on the sidelines? I'm pretty sure they just tuned it out.

I thought the late hit on Tank (actually Bradie, but Tank's # was called) was the worst call. He was already committed and did not cheap hit the ball carrier.

No, it wasn't, the Dallas announcers just goofed. The refs called number FIFTY SIX on the penalty, they misheard SIXTY SIX. After they kept looking for Tank in the slow-mo replay and couldn't find him, Moose finally chimed in that it was Bradie James on the penalty, and they ran with it, blaming the refs for calling the wrong number... when in actuality, they just weren't paying close attention.

I'll be listening closely during the replay, but I'm pretty sure I'm right, as I was still sober when the penalty was called.

The Denver OL was holding all night and no call was made......

Denver, Washington, and Philly get away with absolute murder when it comes to OL holding. The refs never pull the flag on them.

They were holding all night, their defense was hitting our guys out of bounds (Tashard Choice got slammed into the ground well after the play was dead out of bounds), and I know I saw Bartel get speared at least once. Then to top it off, we block a punt and it bounces into the punter's hands and he runs for a first down? Unbelievable.

Wade should send a tape to the league office

Hur hur hur.

So just because Joe Gibbs had a reputation for whining and sending tapes to the league office, that means the NFL ref crew is above all scrutinization...

Nice logic.

Yeah, they said they would watch for it after the regular season last year.

They did a wonderful job of it in the playoff game.
