FWST Blog: Kosier and Jenkins out for Thursday... Kosier could be out for year

WoW. Just great. :bang2: :bang2:

This staff has to be taken into responsibility. I don't know why there are so many players hurt that often but something is really wrong at valley ranch.

Are you actually blaming injuries on the staff?

Every team in the NFL is dealing with the same amount of injuries as the Cowboys. They were extremely lucky the last few years when it came to injuries. This year, their luck ran out.

Injuries happen. RE-injuries should be able to be held to a minimum. That's where the staff comes in. Team doctors should be able to tell when these guys are coming back too soon...we've seen far too many aggravations of previous injuries due to them coming back early.

but why do our players keep injuring the same body part?

Roy and his arm

Kosier and his foot

Tnew and his groin

I think Spencer and his hamstring too

Sometimes injuries just happen. I understand why fans always want someone to blame and ***** at... but sometimes things just happen and it's really not anyone's fault.

******, KK! I was wondering why he wasn't on the field most of the 2nd half! Seeing 71 in there again doesn't give me any confidence at all. Holland must really suck if he cannot beat out Proctor, IMO... Funny, I never thought that Kosier would be such an important cog to the o-line's machine!

Phillips said Cory Procter will be plugged back into Kosier's spot in the starting lineup, pretty much shooting down the possibility of Montrae Holland seeing significant action.

Well.............crud!

Well if Kyle is done for the year we're likely done as well. The passing attack will suffer cause the left side will be decimated and our running game doesn't work nearly as well without him either.

That would be an injury that we really don't need.

Agreed.

You do realize that, as bad as Proctor seems to be, he was the starter for all but one of the first 6 games with Romo. In those games, Romo had a QB rating of 103.8, and his his worst game (ratings wise) was the Green Bay game - Kosier's first game of the year. I think the running game is what will suffer the most.

in all of these press conferences i have still not heard one of the reporters ask about holland playing left guard?

the dallas media is a bunch of idiots.

We're done because Kosier's done? Please.

It's not like our remaining opponents have squeaky clean bills of health themselves. Let's back away from the ledge.

They're too busy creating drama...

It's sad that we drafted Marten and Free and thus far, they've both been busts. Th other guys only get the benefit of the doubt, as far as being allowed to play, because they've been around. We have absolutely zero depth on the line.

I hope the team doesn't take the attitude of "Kyle is out, Proctor is in, so we're done"

This news sucks. A lot. But we still have a pretty good shot at the postseason, imo.
