Yep.

But unfortunately, Brian Stewart was a "Wade" guy and Jason Garrett is a "Jerry" guy and was deemed a Genius before he had even accomplished anything.

Jason Garrett is so in over his head it is not even funny.

But Granpa Reeves will make everything better.

Reeves is like a band-aid on a bleeding wound...

It's not really that surprising considering Jerry came out and told everyone his #1 priority last offseason was to find someone on the other side who could take some pressure off TO. Not someone who could catch more passes, but someone defenses had to worry about to free up TO. That's why TO was supposedly so happy (according to Jerry) when he told him that he'd finally landed Roy.

This does fit in with Dawgs' conversation with Roy at that Tech basketball game, though, doesn't it?

I'm sorry. I may be ignorant on this issue. But do Commander players go on the ticket or ESPN 103.3 and discuss the problems with their teams from time to time? This sickens that he not only went to the media about it. But went to the Commanders station about it. That's stupidity at it's finest. Or maybe I'm overreacting in that it was a ESPN national show during that time. If not....:bang2:

Does Jerry have a section in everyone's contract that mandates players to criticize their coaches in public?

This is getting a little ridicules.

DO you think RW wasn't going to take pressure off, if the defense knew he was only going to be used as a decoy? The fact that JJ said it would take pressure off TO, doesn't negate the fact that RW would be an integral part of the offense.

He was on Radio Row down in Tampa.

But still. Avoid the Skins station if you are gonna start saying stuff like that.

Well I give up.

Why he is on the radio talking about this is baffling.

after we get rid of owens it appears we will just have another problem.

at some point before I die I would like to see this team win again, in the playoffs.

i am 32 so there is a chance.

Yep. Which is why I'm hesitant to jump on the Dump T.O. Bandwagon.

Sure, I think the guy is a distraction and isn't "great" for team chemistry (sure, he's liked, but I think he can be divisive).

The move is a mere band-aid for the team-wide chemistry issues this squad has.

BTW ... with regards to Roy's comments, they seemed tamer than most of the rest of the stuff coming out of Valley Ranch these days. I almost read this post and thought, geez, he doesn't even sound that critical by comparison lol.

If not, well, yes, T.O. has a way of Jedi mind ****ing people, doesn't he?

"Bennett, you WILL rap and take the heat off me."

"Romo, you WILL date Jessica and choke in big games."

"Spencer, you WILL get arrested."

"Roy, Crayton, Carpenter, James, Ellis, you WILL complain."

"Wade, you WILL, well, keep doing what you do."

Awesome!!! Hooray for continuity! We doubled down on whiny WRs *****ing about the coaching!
I guess now we need to cut all receivers and the QB and hire a whole new offense. The blame could never be on Garrett.

The ball just never came my way.

This is just true.

A more "concerted" effort should have been made to make TO,Witten,RW a 1-2-3 punch.

Lets be honest... as fans... thats what we expected... AND with those players. THAT was attainable.

True, but until the coaches become more vocal in the media spotlight, I'm forced to deflect criticism from them and direct it towards the players instead simply because they don't understand how to shut the hell up.

I'm glad he came out publicly and said something because I did feel bad for putting what he said on blast like that.
