Taking a playoff team back to the playoffs is a lot easier then building one. BP did it four times. Wade never has. Now wade has never been hired as a HC when the team was in the toilet, but I really do not see how he would have been much good at it. BP changed the whole organization to become one that EXPECTED to win and did so.

Parcells made a lousy team average. Phillips made an average team very good with a chance to be great. Any shortcomings by Parcells are his fault because he chose not to finish the job.
