Stop me if you've heard this before "we've just got to bet better at that". Romo's lone in almost every pc after a loss. How they were going to get better at that wasn't brought up and you know what happened? They did not get better at that. Just got better at talking about getting better. Of course, Garrett had to look at the tape first

What a load. They haven't had a decent run D against team that wanted to run the rock.

So, if Cook puts up 150 this Sunday and they come close to giving up 200 again, what will the story be then? Back to basics, got to work on us again?

And they'd better be really careful about that run focus in MIN because Cousins and his 1 and 2 can put up some gawdy numbers if the Cowboys have to commit that 8th man to the box.

This entire team would be better off with less talk and more work. The Cowboys are the only team with a talk ethic.

No they like all other teams and players must grant media access you may listen more to them than others. I agree it is what you do that matters not what you say. However I also want guys in there working and trying to improve not give up like so many fans do. Fans can give up has no bearing on this team what so ever but players I expect them to work and improve not just quit

I do not expect anyone paid at their level to quit, even the rookies because they're sure as hell not making that much right out of college, if they graduated.

I watch a lot of NFL programs, because I have the time, and there is not one team that talks as much as the Cowboys, which is well oiled with the owner.

The difference between this team and the others is that the GM usually speaks a few times a year and they all get nervous about their players talking to the media and having to do damage control. This GM encourages the talk and promotion because that's what this game is all about to him. He will give Gallimore higher marks for his handling the media than his play on the field, which he can hardly judge anyway.

Saw a very interesting interaction when Jane Slater was on with Andrew Siciliano just today when the subject of Beckham was discussed. He got a little sarcastic and said "we don't discuss the Cowboys here near enough, we'll really discuss them if they sign Beckham" and Slater replied with a smile "job security". He just rolled his eyes.

It is what this team is all about, it is not a football team, it is a reality show with required coverage.

...sounds like what Church comments highlighted. To many players making biz decisions.

Sounds like Defense group is failing as UNIT. If so, we're in trouble.

My bad, was busy and not much of a double tasker these days, I hope you will forgive my ignorance..

I’m sorry man I may have said that uncool I didn’t mean it that way

Anybody that’s followed and stuck with this team after 27 years can claim a bit of ignorance
